We used the proceeds from our film to support the non-profit projects below. The split varied over time; from November 2016 onward, proceeds went to Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V.

Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V. is a Hamburg-based non-profit working to improve access to clean drinking water and sanitation in developing countries, carried out on the ground together with Welthungerhilfe. We chose them because clean water is a basic human right – and because "Germany on the move" was filmed in large part in Hamburg and St. Pauli.

atmosfair is a climate-protection organisation focused on travel that offsets the greenhouse-gas emissions of flights by funding renewable-energy and energy-efficiency projects worldwide. Because digital nomads tend to fly a lot, we address the sustainability of this lifestyle in the film and donate 1 euro from every film package sold to atmosfair.
969,00€ went to this project.

Aktion Deutschland hilft is an alliance of 23 German aid organisations for disaster relief. As the refugee crisis grew during the making of our second film, we chose to donate part of the proceeds under the keyword "Hilfe für Flüchtlinge" (aid for refugees) to help people fleeing war, hunger and persecution.
